İDE’s Anti-Bribery Policy aims to prevent corruption and bribery, while carrying out our continuous development efforts and meeting the requirements of our Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), encouraging voicing of concerns without fear of retribution within the confines of confidentiality requirements in goodwill and to a reasonable standard of confidentiality and under coordination by Management Representative, appointed independently to perform their defined mandate in providing consultancy services and conducting bioequivalence studies for clients before and after marketing authorization of their human and veterinary medicinal products in line with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and other applicable national and international regulations. It also involves fostering a “culture of ethics and integrity” to preserve and develop reputation of İDE, our people and our clients, enforce civil and punitive sanctions in the event of ABMS  breaches and fulfill all of our obligations under relevant national and international rules. We are the first company in Türkiye in our field who successfully achieved this by opening our organization to auditing by international certification organization YBM-UAF ISO 37001.

Purpose

Since our establishment in 1998, İDE İlaç Ruhsatlandırma Ltd. Şti. operates as a Contract Research Organization, offering comprehensive scientific consultancy and training services in the field of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnological, bioavailability and bioequivalence studies and drug registration in line with national and international guidelines and regulations.

Our mission is to offer our services in “full compliance with national and international standards and confidentiality codes.” To fulfill our mission, İDE has established an “Information Security Management System” with a view to ensuring the security of all information assets generated and consumed in our scientific and commercial operations, and commits to operating it in line with our established principles and improving it continuously.

Toward that end, we promote awareness of all potential risks to our information assets used in our information processing, to eliminate such risk at the root to facilitate business continuity, and we take all measures necessary to prevent security breaches to mitigate harm to our information assets.

Scope

Our Information Security Management System covers the whole of our human and veterinary medicinal product marketing authorization, medical device and cosmetics registration, clinical investigation and pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical consultancy and training services.

In conjunction with our Personal Data Processing, Storage and Destruction Policy, the Information Security Policy is applied across İDE and all platforms that host any information processing assets of İDE, including any external advisors, subcontractors, service providers and project partners who exchange information with İDE employees.
